Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the service, we do not sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

What we collect

  • Account: name, email address, and a password stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
  • Birth and family details you choose to save: date, time and place of birth for charts, and the relation of each person.
  • Chat messages between you and a pandit, and booking requests you make.
  • For pandits: display details, services, availability, phone number, and the ID proof type given in the application.
  • Technical data: a sign-in cookie, and basic request records used to prevent abuse.
  • Payments (when enabled): handled by our payment gateway. We receive the payment status and reference, never your card or UPI credentials.

Why we use it

  • To calculate your charts and show results for your city.
  • To connect you with pandits and run chats and bookings.
  • To email you about messages, bookings and account security. Message emails never contain the message text, and you can switch them off in your dashboard or with the link in each email.
  • To keep the platform safe. Messages are automatically checked for phone numbers, payment details and similar. Staff read a chat only if a user reports it, and every such read is recorded.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with: the pandit you chat with or book, our payment gateway, our email provider, and our hosting provider. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data, saved charts and chats are removed, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records, for the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in your dashboard, turn off emails, and ask us to delete your account and data, or to give you a copy of it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to To be added.
